[Resolved] Aircel — Improper deduction of my balance

Hi my name is Anil Prasad Yadav, and my Aircel mobile number is [protected]. Few days back there was improper deduction of balance with the amount of 70 rupees. How dare you guys just deducting my balance without informing me. I tried to contact you guys several times but it a wastage of time. I need a refund of my balance, i am frustrated from all this from now on wards i will never suggest anyone to use aircel. I just need refund of my balance immediately.

We would like to inform that balance of Rs.49 & Rs.30 got deducted for renewal charges of MOC1 & MCAKWBO30 service on date 9-Jul-16 & 28-Jul-16. As per your request service has been deactivated & no refund is applicable in this regard.

Updated by Anilprasad Yadav I have never activated such type of services on my mobile, how could u deduct balance from my balance without prior notice or without out informing me. If your company is activating any kind of services then you should send me a message regarding that which i never have received. and you can not say that this was as per my request as I don't know what these mean and this services are for what purpose. How can u guys just lie. i need a refund, as this services are out of my concern.

Today again I have been charged by your company for Dialer tune at 2:49 pm instantly I called your customer care and i discussed about this but the representative girl was saying that there is no update over there regarding this, so that they cannot lodge a complaint regarding this. You guys charged me 35 rupees for this which is not subscribed by me. Even after that I don't know what u guys have problem with me again i have charged by 15 rupees for DT song at 5:22 pm. i am feed up with your service and from now onward I'm not going to recharge my mobile, and if you guys are not going to solve my problem i will lodge a complaint to TRAI. and the same thing I will inform to every one. I don't think you guys care about the air ell customers. I i dint want to hear your old rotted dialogues that you cant refund my amount.

As per our concerned team, balance of Rs.50 got deducted for activation of CRBT service on 24/8/2016. As per refund policy complaint was registered after 24 hours hence, the amount is non refundable. Further, to deactivate the same please dial 155223(toll free) from your Aircel number.
