[Resolved] Aircel — Improper deduction of my balance | |||||
Hi my name is Anil Prasad Yadav, and my Aircel mobile number is [protected]. Few days back there was improper deduction of balance with the amount of 70 rupees. How dare you guys just deducting my balance without informing me. I tried to contact you guys several times but it a wastage of time. I need a refund of my balance, i am frustrated from all this from now on wards i will never suggest anyone to use aircel. I just need refund of my balance immediately. As per your request service has been deactivated & no refund is applicable in this regard. As per refund policy complaint was registered after 24 hours hence, the amount is non refundable. Further, to deactivate the same please dial 155223(toll free) from your Aircel number.
