[Resolved]  Aircel — Improper response for aircel customer care

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings of the day! I am ranjeeth using aircel for past 7 years. On august 20 i got a sms from aircel of Rc 16 and validity for 30 days.I used that offer on that day itself.But after used that it shows that the validity last upto 4 days i.e upto august 23 only.I was shocked on this and contacted customer care they took my complaint and closed it without telling me the solution.Again i contacted them and they said i am not eligible for that offer so they closed the complaint.I was confused on this response because you provide me an offer if i use it you are saying we dont provide that.What is this? I am having your message.I dont want to cheat you.This is the first time i am facing this kind of difficulty from aircel. If you dont send the message then who can sent it by the name of DT-Aircel.

For an information i am saying that i received that offer again also on august 21 and 22 too.

I want my offer as you said ie upto september 18(30 days from august 20).

On sent this i got a mail of asking two days to work on this issue but on that two days there was no response and after 2 days too there was no response from aircel. There is not even a phone call to ask about my problem.On contacting the customer care they are saying there are not responsible for this problem.Then who is responsible for this?
Also that customer care lady is giving irrelevant answers to my question.she understood my problem clearly but providing the irrelevant answer again and again.

Also i cannot understand that the message sent to me from your side is not in the customer care database. So this is clearly your mistake and for that i am suffering.

All the complaint number and contact number are provided above. Dont ask me again on that.
