[Resolved] Aircel — incorrect charges | |||
Hi, this is jai prakash ray, i have two connection with this provider and i have been getting charged incorrectly everytime i get the recharge done more than 10 Rs. Every time it chagres saying thank you for using aircel services and charges 5Rs every alternate day and if it more than 10Rs. recharge. when ever i send any mails to this department, it stops and there after it starts again, and it happens on this([protected]) all the time and some time on ([protected]) this no.
