Aircel India — Extremely poor customer service, bad network provider, unnecessary advertising, late recharge services, unreasonable balance deductions | |
I am very upset with aircel's customer service, they are never ready to help their customers rather blame them for unreasonable balance deductions, their network is very weak and calls cut after ever 2-3 mins automatically, recharge done but not applicable for hours, unnecessary advertising in between calls which delays important calls without any reason, network strength always weak and disturbances during calls. I would like to complaint about their bad service and sincerely request you to let their higher authorities reach this complaint. I would look forward to a major improvement in their network service.
