Aircel — Internet connection have been closed and also deducting unused balance. | |||
Sir, This is to inform you that I Surajit paul and have unfortunately got a aircel sim card, number is [protected]. I recharged Rs. 110 in which I got the TT 110 dated on 22.11.2015 and txn no KOR[protected]. But next morning when I checked the balance I found that my balance was Rs. 45. The amount 65 was spent by your system. Because I didn’t spent a penny in this time period. After calling the customer care grievance department I got amount Rs. 15. Now the balance is comes to 60 from 45, But the amount should be Rs. 110. Today (24.11.2015) several times I again tried to contact the number of grievance department but getting no response. Now again another issue, i recharged Rs. 175 for 1 gb 3g data last week. But now the data connection has been closed. I also complained few days ago but don't get any reply from aircel. please look into this matter. Surajit paul Was this information helpful? | |||
