Aircel — Internet pack recharge Even though Detected in main account | |||||
Hello aircel, I recharged 198 rupees for 1GB Mobile data valid 21 days on nov 11 2015, But data cost detected from main account i raised complaint on 13 nov they said with 4 hrs it will sloved, But it was not solved . I contacted daily aircel customer care 121, they will say 4 hrs or 8 hrs it wil slove, or they will say connecting to technical team and call put on hold for more than 30 mins and disconnect it, this is the way the customer will be treated .
