To whom it may concern
Dear lady/ gentlemen, i am using your internet service for the last 3-4 years but sorry to say that never got satisfied, sometimes my balance data
Is lost (Shown limited) that time is over... Though my system shows that time is left,.. Sometimes shown limited for other reasons,... This time i started the plan on the very first day of navratri... I. E 1st of october, 2016 at 9.56 a. M. Sharp & i noticed that day 1 was shown 2 days later... Then few days back i had some problem in my eyes...& i did not touched the computer... & then... When i logged in it was from 980mb (Where i left)... Straight away 1.25 gb... Why is this happening... Time & again? And nothing to say about your highly elite customer care executives?... They are unable to hear anything like "congress spokespersons"... I don't know how much of my money (In terms of internet data) i have lost in these years... Or.. Rather has been stolen... Who will take care?... Regards, aalok agnihotri

Nb — pm sri. Modi ji will be in varanasi on 24th of october and i think it is appropriate time to let the pm be informed that nothing has changed from the last government to the present one of yours...in the telecom sector...
