[Resolved] Aircel — Invalid balance deductions for vas | |||
My aircel no is [protected]. Rs 5 has been deducted from my account on[protected] for pocket store fortnightly but i did not activate any vas added service, after that i send a sms to 155223 to stop this service and received a confirmation massage. But again today[protected] rs 25 deduct from my no for renewal of pocket store fortnightly. How they renewed a service which one i had already deactivated. So i want refund my balance and stop these invalid deductions... Was this information helpful? | |||

As we checked the system we found that your balance Rs. 30 got deducted on date - 14th and 15th April 2016, due to Activation of Store 15 - Pocket Store of Rs. 30/- has been posted in your A/C from our end dated on - 16/04/2016.
