[Resolved] Aircel — Invalid detection of amount | |||
Hi am a customer of aircel for 13 years and as everyone knows your support and process sucks to its core. I have moved to bangalore so am using this mobile for backup purpose... Internet is disabled.Hardly am using the mobile for outgoing. Am keep on getting flash message from aircel and they are detecting 5 Rs every time. Support people telling that I have send an ISD sms.. Please deactivate my number. I have visited Aircel outlets, nobody helps. I have no time visit.
I have cleared my bills. I will remove sim card from my mobile. I am not responsible if they send bills .
We would like to inform you that as per the procedure and security reasons (of your own), you need to visit the nearest Aircel store with a valid ID proof to get your connection deactivated. Further, please let us if facing any issue at the Aircel store for the same.
