Aircel — Irresponsible answer & disconnecting call & keep call in hold from aircel customer of andhr | |||||
I am pawan using aircel network from past 4 years no sunday i buy a card which is not get rc so call to care call tranfor to escalation so the ask to rc card after 24 hr so after 24 hr i try to rc card on monday but it not sucess to again call to aircel care but it is not conneted no friday call conneted to care and call tranfor to escelation then one of your agient say that u well get a call from your side and to disconnected that call after geting that call i dis connted the call when a out bond call i get was not answer any thing disconnected after 1.30 min again i call to care then my call kept in hold for 20 min then call from an other num of my friend then call trances to escalation agian kept call hold for 20 min this repeted for almost three time in that day i even not get answer y — escalation keep no hold & dis connted call & why out bond call r not responding — second thing y my card not rc Date 04/05/2016 for cherk card details second time no 10/05/2016 friday after 7 pm and finally i not get any resolution from care Was this information helpful? | |||||
