Aircel — Irresponsible service

Hello Sir, My AIRCEL post paid connection number is: [protected]. I have started using aircel network on Sept 2014. and on disconnected 24th oct 2014 since it was not active for past 2 months. Aircel company cut my connection without given information and Message. After 24th OCT upto NOW, the connection isnot exist and i am not be able to use the sim card nor talk to anyone For this reason I lost my Job i m totally dissatisfied for this. Why will I pay after 24th oct 2014. You havenot provided any services and which I was not at all using. They are very irrespossible. Reason for this situation are::- 1st thing is that, I have sent a mail to aircel customer care that please inform me how much net balance is available. So that i will stop using internet. After that they were not able to give information regarding net balance enquiry. That is the reason for my bill amount reached at 800 on 24th OCT 2014. 2nd thing is that my bill limit amount was 700. how it exceed that bill amount and reached at 1538. Before reaching maximum limit amount 700 aircel should inform me. They have not informed anything. they are very irresposible... Thanks Siba

hello sir, why should i pay. aircel is irresponsible for their service. Aircel sending mail everyday that pay money. i have not used that much the bill value is.

This is not my answer. Aircel is irresponsible. Then why should i pay that amount. My bill was 809 thats only i know after that i donot use your network. you have not provided any services and without any information you cut my connection. you donot know how to cut lines.
