[Resolved] Aircel — Irresponsive customer care service | |||||
I think it is about 5 months but still PORT messaging service is not working to me, i send a PORT to 1900, it deducts 0.50Rs and does not reply with any porting code. Aircel Service seems to be very worst in assisting customers requests, i don't recommend any one to choose this network. And last time when i did porting a person called me and told that " I will reduce your call rates and stay with our aircel only" but What a worst nothing happened and i gave a call to customer-care they didn't care at all. Simply worst customer-care i say. So ppl don't think of aircel, once you are in aircel, then you can't come out of it. Location : Bangalore. Was this information helpful? | |||||
