Aircel Limited — duplicate sim

Dear sir I was using an aircel no.[protected] from last 3-4 year.but on 9 Feb 2015 i went maharashtra..somebody has stolen my cellphone.i was using above no with my phone.i have done FIR .when i come to delhi i close my sim by customer.he sugest me for duplicate sim .when i went to aircel outlet.they reduce me for giving me duplicate sim they are saying that the sim is not matching with my id proof.i told them them i can give u all the detail regarding my sim and also show my fir with my phone bill.and request many time but they dont give me my sim.i have complaint in aircel authority but they dose not give any responce..i have distribute my aircel no [protected] to my all bank and my job and my necessary document. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] U can match all no with my aircel no [protected] .now i m using alternater [protected] no .please solve my problem as soon as possible.
