respected sir, my name is bhumika meharishi (pursuing company secretary) m using aircel sim card i have a problem in relation with my talktime balance and data balance deduction. i credited recharge of 30 and recharge is successful .But after some time my whole balance is deducted and data balance that is already in my phone also deducted and service replyed to me your balance is 0. I call customer care but they have not slve my problem and telling to about technical issues again and again . So i requested to you please redress my problem immediately and refund to me my balance and data balance (net balance) thank you my details are name : Bhumika Meharishi mob.
