My aircel no.[protected] and i requested MNP for PORT OUT on[protected]. then aircel cus. care executive called to me and gave offers on 2nd DEC 2015. but till offers not activated so I called to 198 on 7th DEC 2015 (4:23 pm) but the executive telling ans. carelessly.
