[Resolved] Aircel — main account balance money theft by aircel without my permission. | |||
my aircel no is [protected]. PI 24 & MUSMS 61 is activated on my mob no. without my request/permission. it's happens again & again with me.I complaint to coustomer care but no action taken. so pls. refund my money. otherwise u have to pay for it. i will spoil aircel's reputation by using social network. On[protected] I have recharged mobile [protected] with Rs. 61 power pack and after that Rs. 69 (which gives balance as Rs. 76 to any mobile/landline as per their policy).
But on[protected] the balance shows as Rs. 0.00. Though we have calculated all charges for all calls made which should not be more than Rs. 15. That means we should still have Rs.[protected] in balance.
We have contacted Aircel Customer Care (121) and Complaint Helpline (198) multiple times. They have confirmed that as per their database also we have made calls only for around Rs. 15 only. They asked us to call again at night 12:00am.
When we called on[protected], employee named Subhadeep attended the call and informed that how the money got deducted that is not updated in their database.
When we ask them how to get back our balance he told again to call after 24 hrs. When asked to give senior managers, he refused to give their numbers. We asked him to transfer the call to senior management he informed they are unavailable and can not give the call to anyone. Talking with him we had a feeling that he was not in normal condition.
We are trying to call since[protected] morning again, but they are not picking up the calls. I can assure you that it will spoil Aircel's reputation. Please refund our money.
