[Resolved]  Aircel — Main balance cut automatically.

Sir, My aircel number is- [protected]. My account was credited with 10 Rs. Yesterday as it had become 0. After recharging, I activated the internet service of Rs. 4 from the main balance. Today, my account was credited with top up of 200 Rs. Inspite of the remaining data balance my main balance is now 111 Rs. ( I recharged Rs. 2 Internet pack few minutes ago). Why should it be like that? Previously also ai lost 150-200 Rs. This way. If it continues I'll have to inform Buyer's care department immediately and stop using aircel as soon as possible. Kindly see to this matter and give me my money back into my account. I'll be obliged. Thank you.

Hi... Same problem [protected]... I think they are running their company doing these cheep activities.. When I call customer care they won't reply me properly... They have no patients to listen to you... Better change the network

Just before 15 days they took 45 rs for internet now I don't know y but daily aircel Karnataka is taking some 5 rupees.. From my mobile unnecessarily my number is [protected]

Aircel this is the worst experience I ever had with any network 200 rupees are cut since Saturday 18 July to 20 July I activated 1 R's internet service also but a chunk of balance was vanished in a span of minutes n you have blocked the customer care helpline as well where should a customer vo for his complain.worst experience ever.my no. I am a customer from J&K and the company has itself activated some thing as my account is always charged as soon I recharge nothing remains in my account. Further amazement is as I contacted local office they asked me to dial 155332 but when ever I dial the no it says this no is not available.Now finally either plz help me to get out of the problem else I m compelled to get out of this nonsense company.My no is [protected]
I'm customerfrom tamil nadu my number [protected] i am also have same problem. Last week i recharge with Rs 40 next day i have only 11 in my account, 2day before i recharge with 20 but now have 2 rupees only.i wont active any wap service. What is the problem???

Just now i have rechrged of rs 100. Got balnce 85. Dat is ok. Deducted rs 22 which i had taken loan of 20. Still ok coz they take service charge . Thn i hv activated my net pck of 16 from the remainin balnce.. now my account balnce is showing with only Rs4 . How come it happend whn i hvnt activated ny VAS .now customer care no. Is coming unavailable. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? Could u plz tell me Or Is this the way aircel cheats to their customer??????
