Myself rehana, i have been using aircel from past a year, and until last week i have never recharged more than 50/-rs., so there was no issues, and last week i went for a bulk recharge of 300/-rs, it have been just 9 to 10 days, and by today[protected], at 04.09 p. M.) masti club have been activated automatically, and i have been charged 99/-rs for this pack for 30 days, i cant believe how fraudulently the company acted! And this could never happen by mistake, because i handle my mobile very carefully, even kids don't touch my mobile, nothing could have happened without my knowledge, this is really very cheap act. Kindly refund my amount 99/-rs. My number is [protected]. Please return me back my money. I don't need such services. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have checked your concern and would like to inform that an amount of Rs.99/- was charged towards a VAS pack MASCUB1 activated through WAP with consent id on 27/5/2016, the pack was deactivated today. Reversals not possible as you have not complained about the VAS charges within the stipulated time of 24hrs.
