[Resolved] Aircel — Migration from postpaid to prepaid - poor customer service | |||||
Taking time to convert from postpaid to prepaid. Unnecessarily they are making us to pay daily rental. No one provide proper support. When we reach our nearby showroom they are simply telling as server down. They are making me feel depressed. No proper response even from appellate desk. They are treating me like a dog. Sir, every time i faces this problem .when ever i recharge my balance gets deducted .this time the company has deducted 75 rs, why it happens i don't know .please help me to get my balance back. My no is -[protected].
