Aircel — Misbehave by customer care executive

Today I called customer care centre at 17.06 pm for asking about the vas services on my no. one male customer care excutive name "Akash" received my call .this is not the matter main problem is he"ll not listen my problem and he is in hurry to end my call and and behave very badly and said that (check kr lena) and told me to contact after 4hr Sir now customer care centre like fish market...

I beg to say that I am Amir Chand Gupta. My aircel no. is [protected]. Aircel company many time show any service & cut my balance. when talk costumer care then company member say serverdown at a time.
I request to you please solved my problem & return my 55 rupee balance.
