[Resolved]  Aircel — Misinformation about product benefits and not providing them

I recharged my aircel mobile no. With a rate cutter pack of rs.199 on 14/11/16 and got a confirmation sms after recharging from aircel providing me the detailed benefits of the rate cutter (2 lakh secs local aircel to aircel between 10 pm-5 pm, 10p/min call rate from 5 pm -10 pm for 28 days+199 mb 2g data for 5 days). But i didn't get some of the benefits in fact i was charged quite some money from my main account balance for data recharge and calling. On contacting the customer care they informed that the offer has changed on the same day and i got the benefits of the new offer but i was not informed that in any way. Now i must not be responsible for their fault that they couldn't send an updated sms containing information of the new benefits and i lost around rs.65 from my mobile account for no fault of mine. Aircel clearly declared they would not refund any charge. I need this event to be properly taken care of.

I called @198 they told me, balance was deducted for using data internet but I want to say I had not used Aircel internet I have my own wifi network connection then y should I use mobile network internet. Plz refund my balance rs4+15.47=19.47approx which is deducted in 2days 2time
