[Resolved] Aircel — Misleading net pack and wrongful balance deduction | |||
Aircel has a net pack of 175 for kolkata region with 1 gb for day validity 28 days and 1 gb for night validity 7 days, it means after 7 days i cant use data at night after 7 and if i do they will deduct balance from main account, first of all it is falsely marketed and night data should always be addittional benefit, this is a misleading pack to extort money from customers. I want my deducted balace back as it is a false practice from the company to misleading the customer by offering such a pack. Morever when i talked to their senior customer executive samanta ray he informed me that i used the said 1 gb data for night and he has the details whereas i am more than sure that i have not used more than 700 mb including day usage, which is also reflected in my handset data usage stats. Basically they also manipulate the data usage stats and give false information to customers about thier usage and wrongfully deduct balance. Your reply makes no sense, i complained about the data pack and that i was falsely reported about my data usage, night data balance should always be additional benefit, most of the retailers are not even aware that it is not an additional benefit and it is being falsely marketed. Further, 1 month back same pack had no day night funda and suddenly you guys have changed it to such an illogical benefit plan where one cannot use data at night after 7 days. Aircel does not even go through the entire complain or try to understand customer concern, they have their pre scripted replies to complains which fails to resolve the greviances of the customer, if your net benefit plans has flaws and it is being wrongly marketed or misunderstood then company should take sufficient step to stop the same and reimburse the customers money or if company does otherwise it prooves their false practices and tactic to loot the customer money by wrong means. If complaints on consumer forum is also not taken seriously or properly addressed then there is no need for such platform.

I am using this postpaid connection since 1 years, but due to my economic condition i want to switch to prepaid.My number is [protected].The response from customer care was not acceptable.They first heard my reason behind the switching, and then just ignored.
