I m ravi chopra, my aircel no is [protected] is having so much disturbance in my home location most of times they shows no network, so finally on 16th of august i can request to port my no to other service provider nd same day aircel customer care calls me and i said him the problem they said i can resolve your issue but i can't stay more with this service provider so i clearly said to him... No sir i dont want any resolution from ur side i want to port with other operator... 17th of august early morning 3:00 a. M. Aircel msg me your docket number 1-[protected] of mnp related has been raised. Resolution expected by 26/8/16 23:30...??? What is this i can't understand they refused my mnp request i think and of 18th of august i can call 198 customer care they said... (Aapka number port ho jayega) when i asked about this service request & resolution they put my phone down and 1 more interesting msg come on my cellphone is this.. Sr#1-[protected] of type : call charging enquiry is closed & closure date is[protected]... What the hell is this, i can't even ask about any call charge or whatever it is... Myself tilok koirala, want to port my aircel number to other network. I requested nd got an UPC . Now I received a message as "your service request number[protected] has been registered with us". Is it going right way ? As I want to port my nmbr as early possible.
