[Resolved] Aircel — mnp upc not received before service shutdown in maharashtra

On 31st January 2018, I tried sending SMS "PORT " to 1900 multiple times to receive the MNP-UPC but didn't receive the same. As of 1st February 2018, Aircel services have been shut down in Maharashtra and now I cannot get the required code by any means.

Request you to please help me with this issue ASAP as I would like to port my_number +91-[protected] to a different network in Maharashtra circle.
Please let me know if any other assistance/information is required from my end.

We would like to inform you that Aircel will discontinue its services from midnight 31st of January 2018 in Maharashtra-Excluding Mumbai. We would request you to visit any nearby Aircel store for better assistance.

As I mentioned, the services have already been shut down and I am unable to find any Aircel store nearby who could help me with the issue. I had requested for the code when the services were open but received no response from Aircel's end. Hence, request you to please provide me MNP-UPC for my number.
