[Resolved] Aircel — Mobile balance is getting deducted after every recharge | |||||
This is the worst service provided by AIRCEL . First of all, they are deducting my balance every month, soon after recharging . Then after 100th attempt I could reach to them and customer service center is like a fish market and someone can hardly hear their voice . Anyway, after crossing so many hurdles, when I got a chance to speak to customer care executive, they are giving different excuses at different point of time like 'server is down', 'please call after 2 hour', 'senior executive is not available' and every time they are repeating the same thing . They are not even telling why this balance is getting deducted . It seems like AIRCEL business is now so poor, they don't have any other alternative apart from doing this type o[censored]nethical activity to achieve their profit margin. After multiple follow ups, phone calls, email chains AIRCEL provided the call details for last 3 months and these clearly show how they are doing the fraud :
This is what I wrote to them, hope you will understand what they did . Request you to please share me the contact number or email address of higher authority of AIRCEL, so that reach to the correct point :

Thanks for sharing the call details . Had these details not been shared, we would have not known the way AIRCEL is exploiting their valued customer .
Do AIRCEL thing their customer as Stupid ? Let me clarify one thing in the beginning, I am following up on this issue with you guys over last 10-12 days just for Rs 150 .Don't you understand why am I wasting so much time on this just for Rs 150 ? To be very frank, Now I am not at all running after that money, I just want AIRCEL to admit that they have deducted my money in a spiteful way.
Let me highlight two areas :
in AUG-16 : The customer care representative told that money has been deducted for ISD calling . But the call detail is showing something different :
Serial No :46 Date :15-Aug-201621:54 Call Details :SLAB_6-MO Call Duration :21 seconds
First of all, it doesn't look like a call, even if it is call, please let me know for which country the call charge is RS 45 for less than a minutes . I know for USA it is Rs.8/minute .Not sure if you will end up telling that I called in Moon .
in Jul-16 : After asking repeatedly, I didn't get any answer why my balance was deducted in JUL-16 . But your call detail is showing an interesting fact that, on 10th Jul, I called a number i.e [protected] almost 42 times and each time only 1 second.
Does this make any sense ? Even a person who doesn't know anything about mobile wouldn't do this, I am using this mobile and this number for last 13 years and why would someone call the same number 42 times in a day just for 1 second each time . It can't be a mistake right ?
Secondly, why every time Rs.1 has been deducted, though I had power activated and all these call were local .
Please respond as soon as possible and whoever is handling this request, please provide me your number, so that I can call you instead of writing such big emails .
Please don't suggest to call your customer care which is worst in the world .I hope you have understood .
