I am demanding paper bill from april 2015 but till date they not send my two postpaid connection bills ([protected] and [protected]) then also i paid regurlarly bill. now i request to send me all bills from april 2015up to august 2015 they told me ok i will send to your residence address but till date i am not received. then i call to customere care about bills they told me i i despatch on 27th of july 2015 through by courrier name samrudhi courrier then i call courrier they told me that your bill despatch by post, now 15 days pass till date i not received any single bills or paper from aircel and yestarday 11/8/2015 they disconnect my connection without prior intimation so my complaint is that aircel mobile com. harrising me and without bill i cant pay your bill. your staff not co operative they not satisfy customer complaint and stand demand to pay bill. how it is possible. and pl warn to your sr. custo Was this information helpful? | |
