Dear Sir, I recharged Rs. 30 via Paytm to the mobile number [protected] on 10th June 2016. Still I did not recieve recharge. Paytm site shows recharge successful. Can you please go through this issue and solve at your earliest. Recharge date 10th June 2016 Payment via Paytm on 10th June 2016 Aircel transaction ID from Paytm ----- CHR[protected] I booked complaint Paytm about this and their reply is as followsThank you for contacting paytm. We understand that your query is regarding recharge not getting processed for mobile number [protected] against Order Id [protected] but your amount was deducted. We have checked the recharge is now showing as successful on '[protected] ' at '10:08:51' . However, in certain cases there is a delay in receiving the recharge. In case you have not received the recharge please coordinate with your operator.
