Aircel Mobile Services — Activation of sms package automatically | |||
Dear Sir, I am using post paid Air Cell mobile no. [protected] in Rajasthan area. On 02 Feb 16, I got two SMS (1) congrats aap ka SMS pack activate ho gaya hai (2) . Your pack RJSMS40N has been activated and there after company deducted Rs 40/- from my recharge amount without my call to activate or Interactive Voice Response to activate. I contacted customer care executive frequently for the said deduction but finally I got the answer that you have activated your SMS package and you can, t get back your money. I want to raise my concern that the services provided by Air cell company are the final authority to decide what they want . I request to refund my amount by cancellation of SMS package. Thanks.
