[Resolved] Aircel — Money deducted automatically from account though using unlimited calls & Data pack | |||||
Hi, My Name is Sabari. I am using Aircel Prepaid network in Tamil Nadu. I didnt know how long its been happening, but last 2 months i checked on the balance and it was reduced from 115 rupees to 21 rupees, though i was using the pack for 348INR (Unlimited Local & STD Calls, Unlimited 2G data & 500MB data for 28days).. I was not able to call the customer care, since they have deactivated that facility. I mailed to the customer care email ID with the details of mobile number and everything required, but still no reply or call from them.. My complaint mail got a reply from the automated system with complaint registered under "ERN[protected]CNRQPH"... I request you to have this issue and get it resolved at the earliest and refund the amount you have been deducting. Was this information helpful? | |||||
