[Resolved]  Aircel — Money deducted automatically from account though using unlimited calls & Data pack

Hi, My Name is Sabari. I am using Aircel Prepaid network in Tamil Nadu. I didnt know how long its been happening, but last 2 months i checked on the balance and it was reduced from 115 rupees to 21 rupees, though i was using the pack for 348INR (Unlimited Local & STD Calls, Unlimited 2G data & 500MB data for 28days).. I was not able to call the customer care, since they have deactivated that facility. I mailed to the customer care email ID with the details of mobile number and everything required, but still no reply or call from them.. My complaint mail got a reply from the automated system with complaint registered under "ERN[protected]CNRQPH"... I request you to have this issue and get it resolved at the earliest and refund the amount you have been deducting.

There are no messages regarding deduction... There was no services activated during this time period also... Since i was using Unlimited calls, i didnt mind about the message popping up after a call... The deduction happened when i was over call from 11PM to 12:30AM twice...

No one called on any regards from Aircel Customer service, no refund was made on this issue, but a message came from Aircel Customer care as resolved... Please check on it... There is a system in place, in which you can track the charges laid on a particular number, and get to identify what went wrong and get to the solution easily... Including both deductions, the amount came down to 21 now from 115...

Hi,
If a VAS like that was subscribed, why i havent got any message for confirmation or any information to that VAS subscription? Send the details of the subscription. Also how it is happening for 2 months without any confirmation messgae from the user?
The same issue happened twice to me 6 months ago based on some VAS auto activation, which was never activated from user end, but there was a confirmation message of some activation, which is how i found something happened, called the customer care and they said something happened and some reason and refunded the amount.
So here this time, the same thing is happening, with the difference of not sending message regarding any activation or confirmation of VAS, not allowing me to call and connect to the customer care (giving the information as unavailable service), and while entering the 10 digit mobile number, the message says "Not an authentic Aircel Number", message facilities are deactivated.
Send the details of subscription to the VAS and a reason why the above said issues are happening. Being in Aircel network for long time, the privilege i am getting is outstanding.

Since you have said a reason that there is a service activated, i just Called 155223 and confirmed that there is no service activated for my mobile number.
Can you confirm on what basis you have given the reason that there is a service activated to my mobile number?

Adding to the Above complaint, i got some VAS service activated automatically without anyone using the mobile during the time frame provided for activation... It was a service for 5 days @INR20/-, but this time i received a msg on the activation. So i called the Customer care and was able to get the refund for INR20/-. Please refer to below images for your reference.

Yes, The VAS service got deactivated as i said in the comment i posted on Feb 20th. This happened because i received a message on the activated service.
I said the first complaint because, i didnt receive any message on the MYDALA service, you said i have activated for the deduction of my balance from 115 to 21 including both the deductions that happened.
If i would have got a message or any confirmation message for the MYDALA service, i would have cancelled it.
My point is, For a Rs.20/- service i am getting a message, but how come i didnt get any message or any notification for a service that costed Rs.94/-??
Also, i asked a question to the customer care before 6 months, "How the VAS services are getting activated automatically just by keeping data "Switch On" 24/7??", for which they said, they will look into it. But now the same issue is happening again.
