Dear sir/mam, This is to inform you that Rs.30 deducted from my father phone no.[protected] & I have also talk with customer care executive he said me that I have no information about this and call me after two hours because server is busy. After two hour when I recall to customer care executive he has repeat same word server is busy and I have no information about your query this is my first problem and my second problem is I have not received full talk time money as per given offer (recharge Rs.60 = 55 full TT).Aircel customer care executive making fool to customer because many time I have faced this of offer problem according to offer Aircel not giving offer benefit to customer.
