Aircel — Money deducted without reason.

Dear Sir, I am suresh from tamilnadu & my mobile number is [protected] which is aircel prepaid conncetion. On 10/05/14 morning (Saturday) i recharged Rs 158 for pocket internet and Rs.120 for topup through aircel online recharge.After connceting to internet my main balance came to zero without talking to anybody and I cannot talk with anybody even aircel customer care(121). While i recharged separately for pocket internet (Rs.158) how my main balance will come to zero.Kindly do the needful for getting back my money.I cannot contact to aircel customer care as no balance in my mobile. Thanks & Regards SURESH P
