[Resolved]  Aircel — Music connect services activated without confirmation - [protected]

I Purchased Aircel Sim in jun 2015 ([protected])Maharashtra.
One day in approx aug to nov 2015 I recieved call from Music connect services, I answered I am not interested.
Thereafter Aircel activate Music Connect on my number.
From last 8-9 month Aircel charge Rs. 30 per month.
I lossed my 290 Rs. for such stupied services.
I call customer care 5-6 times in last 7 month, he answered deactivated serice.
In next month again I received message for Rs. 30.

Now I frustrated and take decision to portable my number to other services.

Please reply If you have any value for customer.

Amount Deducted: Rs. 30 (Rs. 270 in all previous month If you return this this is helpful to me)
Any message received upon deduction: yes renewed Music connect for one month

And Not found any activated services this is main issue, I listen this 7-8 times from your customer support and 9th time from you. But my amount Rs. 30 is deducted in every month regularly very smoothly.
You can find where is and why amount is deducted from account in each month.

If you not able to find in this month then I will switch this number to any other service provider, because it is your job to find solution for this issue.

One thing I loss lot of time in complaint and call customer, I have already other important work rather than this silly things. And now I am tired from this, If not found any issue then don't worry I have good option of portability because of your services.

Hi Aircel,

By "AIRCEL" in last 10 month I lossed Rs. 300.

I Happy today, because yesterday again I have message of deduction Rs. 30.
I am surprise how this is happen in today digital life, one small silly issue not resolved by "AIRCEL" in last 10 month and I lossed Rs. 300.

Now it is in-up and as I stated above comment "I WILL SWITCH MY NUMBER TO OTHER BEST MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER IN NEXT WEEK"
