[Resolved] Aircel — My balance is being deducted and now i can't even recharge

My balance is being deducted. I didn't subscribed any services but messages came saying I have subscribed services such as social book 75, Models club etc. I request aircel to give back my 105Rs and unsubscribe services that have been subscribed automatically and never do it again. Thanks and Regards Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Nov 30, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Moses ZYB, Post system validation there is no balance deduction of Rs.75/- recorded in the system found against the number [protected]. The last deduction was Rs 2 for TECHTEXT service from techzone on 02-Nov-16 at 14:28 which is a one-time chargeable downloading content downloaded through WAP which does not require deactivation. No other VAS active found against the number. Hence refund not possible. Kindly dial 155223 or send SMS as STOP to 155223 (toll-free) for VAS deactivation. Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team
