Aircel — My data plan was disconnect without any usage before a week. | |
hii This is sonal Yesterday i spoke to customer care service on 198 i told my complain but then too the person was not able to help me and also not transferring the call to Senior Person.. he advised me to call on 121 but then is spoke to sm1 he was unable to help transfered my call to the senior by no response kept my call on hold till 25 mins no response received... vry pathetic and poor service from aircel.
my problm was i m only using my Internet at night no surfing and all only using whats app and moring till evening i only used wifi and my data is for 1 month which expires on 6th of april i was having my benefit of data without any high usage they disconnected my data plan and said i have no data avaible this is totally unfair without any usage how can u guys cut our data plan nd cannot guide us Requesting you to kindly return my data avaible with me and hope soo will take action on this nd revert me soon.
Please solve my issues immediately by today evening itself and plss Return my data
