I am facing the same issue, and on the top of that i your customer support executive can't be contacted on 121 or 198. My amount is getting deducted everyday for no reason. Please provide the toll free no. Where your cse can be contacted else i am thinking of changing to some other network. The service is there from the last last three months. Sep 26, 2016 Sangreal's response I have confirmed them about the plan 4-5 times and each their service provider was saying that yes your old tariff will work. This company is fraud. They just cheat their consumers in every possible way they can. I am feeling like cheated. I want proper resolution

I and many of my friends complained to Aircel, they registerd the complain nd said that it woud b resolved under 24 hrs. I got a msg later that the problm has been resolved bt my problem has not been really resolved. Please help me

I got a call from aircel, caller ask me that whether i want to deactivate the tariff, on which i told him that yes deactivate but refund my remaining balance as it is solely your fault. Hearing this he simply told we cant refund even though its their fault. Aircel is a fraud company, dont ever trust
