[Resolved]  Aircel — Need refund for fraudly activation of plan.

The company has fraudly charged me rs.35 for some bollywood blockbuster hence i want refund for the same, i got message that it has been activated at 7:08 a. m. on 01/06/2016. the same issue occurred 6-8 months ago and now they have repeated it again! hence i want my refund back for the fraudly charged amount. the plan was activated automatically without my knowledge and concern!

We have checked your account and found that bollywood service was activated in your account on 30th Jun'16 through WAP mode for which Rs.35 has been charged. We would like to inform you that service has been deactivated and credited back an amount on 2nd Jul'16.
