Aircel — Net pack not working | |||||
I am from odisha. aircel is advertising and also in there online they are showing 9 rupees net pack.but when i recharge, they massgae me your msg pack active.aircel is the worst.so irritating Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that as per the defined process if any online recharge not be successful due to any reason, the debited amount will be reversed to the respective user account within 7 working days. Hence we would request you to raise a query with your respective Bank/ service Branch if amount is not yet reversed to your Bank Account.

transaction id i did not remember, sorry.
i put my number, mail id, card details in the website of aircel and choose the 3g data packs and there 9 rupee pack.i recharge it. but instead of net pack, the message hat come something sms pack. i have tried two time one 20/12 and other date i forgot. but two times my balance had deducted from my bank account but no internet pack is activate.this 9 rupee pack is everywhere advertising but so problem is that.please help. i am a very lovable user and admirer of aircel net.but now it is hurting me.
