Aircel — Network and internet issue

I purchase new sim card after activation both sim card we facing network connectivity and internet connectivity issue call not connect and if connect disconnect 2/3 minutes and internet also not connect but showing data uses and mb deduct . my both sim card no(mobile no is [protected] & [protected].) Kindly requested to you please do the needful.
