I am Er. Alok Kumar. My aircel mobile number is [protected]. Sir I recharged my no. with 3G pack but I got only 2G speed. I had complaint many times on customer care but the executive didn't provide me any good solution. Some one said your sim is still 2G but my sim is 3G. Every executive gives me worst solution every time. So I am requesting you plz short out my problem as soon as possible and take a sufficient action against the customer care executive.
