[Resolved] Aircel Network provider — Disagree to give benefit | |||
Respected sir, I'm a user of aircel network, no [protected]. I have checked the benefit details before recharge by normal procedure i, e send sms MRP 50 to 12121 whose delivery report shows the benefit amount Rs 45. But after the recharge I have got only Rs 40.67. Then I called to customer care, one representative receive the call and misbehave with me. Both 2 sms I have saved as proof. Kindly solve the problem.
