[Resolved] Aircel Network provider — Disagree to give benefit

Respected sir, I'm a user of aircel network, no [protected]. I have checked the benefit details before recharge by normal procedure i, e send sms MRP 50 to 12121 whose delivery report shows the benefit amount Rs 45. But after the recharge I have got only Rs 40.67. Then I called to customer care, one representative receive the call and misbehave with me. Both 2 sms I have saved as proof. Kindly solve the problem. Dear Lakshmi Kanta Das,

The offer is eligible only for soma recharge if done from the retailer end by *150# procedure. Post system check it has been found that recharged was not done through the SOMA procedure. Hence, you are not eligible for claimed benefit.
