Aircel Network — Recharge of my mobile | |||||
Yesterday by 12; 30 am i was made through paytime aircel internet package for monthly basis on amount of 155 rupees . but till now i did not get any conformation msg on consider amount and internet also not working . many time i made complaints on aircel customer care they used to say that this package is not working due to technical issue and they give me 24 hours to activity the package . so i asked to re back the amount are convert the amount in to another internet package they used say that not should done . from past tow days iam complaining but their is no use . why should i wait for these many on paying amount on instant. this very drastic situation iam facing from yesterday . please kindly look after this problem and do the neeedfull for like me consumer .will not be loss their monye on this company . thank s regards P.V.RAMESH Was this information helpful? | |||||
