Hi sir, I have bought a new aircel prepaid connect on saturday from buxar, bihar on the name of tej narayan singh (T n singh), Imsi no. [protected] Iccid no.[protected] Msisdn no. [protected] But, it still not get activated. While calling on 59059, it response "you have been bar, since you have no credit" so, please help me. Thanking you in advance for your kind consideration.
