[Resolved]  Aircel — No incoming or outgoing call happens on my mobile no

I have lost my phone no [protected] on 13 th january and immidiately i call customer care to lock my phone no for some days. then i replaced at nearby aircel centre and i have got a new sim, it is started on 2 nd january and also network is avaialable.but, no incoming or outgoing call happens via that new sim.i can not call 198 .what can i do?
when i am calling the customer care no 198 from other aircel no, and if i tell them about my problem, then they are telling that you go to your nearest aircel centre and if i am going to my nearest aircel centre they are telling me that they can not do anything because i have told the customer care that my no has lost.
so, both of them are try to ignore me.
i can not call the 59059 no.if i call this no, they are telling that please check the number.
i can call only to 121.
so, please tell me that what will my next step to get the incoming and outgoing call?

Constantly i am calling 155223 fir deactivating the VAS and it is saying that i don't have any VAS activated whereas regularly my balance is deducted. Please deactivate the Rs.2 internet pack as soon as possible.
