Aircel — No internet connection instead of 3g data balance | |||
I did a recharge of pi 78 on 06/05/16 (Dd/mm/yy) at 03.40 p. M.In the mobile no [protected] (Kolkata circle). 500 mb 3g data has been added in my limited 3g data balance and got a confirmation message of successful recharge of pi 78 but i cannot access internet in my mobile although my phone can access h+ network and internet connection was healthy before this recharge. One of the customer care personnel has informed me that i dont have 3g balance and another personnel has informed me that i had used it in a dongle after recharge so the internet connectivity has been restricted. But actually i did not do this. I have set all the parameter in access point setting as per a customer care personnel over telephone and has selected aircel network manually.
