Missed call alert service started after repeated call from Number [protected]. No conformation message for activation was sent. After disconnecting the call immediately i received message, "Thanks for subscribing to Missed Call Alert at Rs.30 for 30 days validity.You will be renewed after 30 days.To unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223." After telephonic talk with customer care executive he said that complaint is taken and deducted Balance will be credited soon, but No amount was received. I tried to contact again but my number [protected] was blocked from making call to customer care or complaint department. Dissapointed with the Aircel. Dont cheat customers by activating the services customer dont want At all. Was this information helpful? | |||

Case is already resolved as per SR raised CC and refund also done on 26th Mar'15 Post which closing balance was Rs 38.50

I got the Refund. Thanks for the same. I would like to suggest that please make sure No value added services (VAS) should be started without customer conformation. Don't cheat customer in any way. Thats all I have to say. Thank you once again.
