[Resolved] Aircel — No responce from appellatte / plan change with out my approval / staffs answered harshly

Ircel appallete ack: (ern[protected]ggwjt) - already i have made a complaint to aircel appallete via email regarding the followings:

1. why you have change my existing plans without my written approval?

2. why the agent offices do not co-operate and neglect my request for
Post paid to pre paid change?

3. why your officials not assure to give the acknowledgements against
Complaints.

I have approch your tirupur office your officials are give an false commitments.
