[Resolved]  Aircel — No response for any requestation like migrating post paid to pre paid service

My name is c. Indira jeyaseeli, my cell no :[protected] i was purchasee in this number usilampatti aircell service now it was suituated in palanganatham madurai district tamilnadu. I was submitted in my request for migrating the service of post paid to pre paid (Due to unauthorised charges of your network bills) in three months before but they are answering in my requestation till date. Iwas submitted in my complined past two months but they have no response in this connection from your company. If i was directly approch this company they are telling the answer like this we send your requestation to the head office they will answer to you. And they said three times they are calling from the head office to your cell number they are not able to contact through the cell. So it is not possible migrate the service from postpaid to prepaid service. So please consider my complaint for my requstation.
