[Resolved]  Aircel — no service in aircel sim

I'm not able to use my aircel sim since yesterday... When someone tries calling me it seems to be switched off& also i'm not able make any calls with my aircel sim.. It is only coming as no service.. But im still receiving company messages but i'm not able to use it... I have been calling customer care services, but i couldn't sort out the problem... It's still not working... Want to know why my sim is not working... Can u please help me sort out this problem... So that i could continue using the aircel services hereafter also...

My no:[protected]... I have ported my num from DOCOMO to AIRCEL a few years ago... but recently 2 weeks back my sim got stopped working, as it is showing 'REGISTER FAILED' i have approached nearby customer care no one is helping out... they are saying your sim is in active...

Dear Anazhath,

We would like to inform you that, Aircel and BSNL have signed ICR agreement through which you will be able to latch on to CellOne (BSNL) network from now onward.
So, we request you to select the CellOne network manually if unable to latch automatically.
