[Resolved] Aircel — No signal since last 2 hours | |||
I have been receiving zero aircel signal on my phone since last 2 hours at Boduppal, Hyderabad . I tried restarting my HTC desire 826 device and tried inserting the sim again. But nothing seems to work. Please address the issue as soon as possible. I am missing several important calls and if this continues then I might have to stop using aircel forever. Verified Support Dec 13, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Sai paluri, We would like to inform you that our network services were down due to the damages caused by cyclone – Vardah. We regret to inform you that the issue is still unresolved and our concerned team is working on the issue.
