[Resolved]  Aircel — Non credit of recharge amount to my number [protected]

Sir,

i have recharged my aircel number [protected] through paytm of rs. 209 on dated[protected] and my paytm order no. is #[protected], and operator reference no. is #KOR[protected].

The above recharge is displayed as special recharge in which company displayed a talk time value of rs. 230 and the validity of the recharge is 42 days on both at paytm web site and also at AIRCEL web site.

but regret to say that neither aircel credit the amount to my number nor paytm do any job or take response for the same.

kindly look into the matter.

Now, this is the[protected], time is 21:40 till my recharging, there is no any credit from aircel if required i can forward the blance displayed to my mobile number to above mail. i am unable to contact any person by the number till now.

You have received all the benefit. Our website clearly mentioned 28 days not 42 days. No dispute was found in that 209 recharge.

Approximately an amount of Rs 190 has been deducted on dated 07/10/2016 mobile no: [protected] with out any information which is to be refunded along with the compensation as i have tried calling their helpline numbers 198 and 121 but did not get any response as their customer executives are busy always.

Hello sir,

[protected] & [protected] this following my aircel post paid two numbers, i want to deactivate today itself ( 6 Oct 2016 ), due to i`m going to aboard first week of thismonth. name of connection Navaneethan .
I tried many times to customer care and not able to connect with time.
